            I felt that I should take the time to tell you how pleased I am with our kitchen renovation. The end result was excellent but, in addition, your attention to detail and responsiveness made the inevitable disruption less unpleasant and shorter then I expected. Both Chris and Bill were gentlemen at all times, and delightful to have around and went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. It was a pleasure to work with all of you.
